Eligibility Requirements *Some exceptions apply (see below)

• Must be 24 years of age or older; Applicants under the age of 24 will only be considered under extenuating circumstances.
• Must have already earned a GED or High School Diploma.
• Must not have already earned a college degree, certificates OK (see our FAQ for more information). 
• Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or DACA Recipient.
• Must be a resident of Benton, Madison, or Washington County in Arkansas for the past 12 months.
• Must have a household income at or lower than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI table below).

*Please note that exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to individuals who:

• Are a single parent
• Are aging out of the foster care system
• Have a background in public service
• Are financially independent or self-supporting without family assistance
• Previously attended college but did not complete their program and have been out of school for at least one semester
